From Baltimore:

Take Baltimore Beltway (695) to Rt. 97 South.  Exit Rt. 97 onto Rt. 50 East. Stay on Rt. 50 and exit onto Rowe Boulevard. The exit splits so stay to right onto Rowe Boulevard toward Annapolis. You will pass the Navy Stadium and go through two stop lights. About 1/4 to 1/2 mile after the second stop light, the road splits. Stay to the right. You will go through another stop light and follow the road as it curves to the left. This one-way street (which now becomes Northwest Street) empties onto Church Circle. Go around Church Circle and take Duke of Gloucester St. (4th right turn). Go through the light at Conduit Street. Turn left into the Hillman parking garage 1/2 block after the stoplight. If that entrance is closed to all but monthly cardholders, continue on Duke of Gloucester Street for another ½ block. Turn left on Green Street. Turn left on Main Street. Proceed for about a block and enter Hillman Garage on left.

The MSEA office is located at 140 Main Street and is at the juncture of Francis and Main Streets.

Parking in the Hillman garage is $2 per hour. There is metered and un-metered parking on the streets around Main Street, but this is not recommended. A maximum of two hours is allowed for street parking, and the parking attendants are aggressive with their tickets.

From Washington:

Take I-495 to Rt. 50 (East).  Exit Rt. 50 East onto Rowe Boulevard and proceed as above.
