MSEA is convening its first Racial Social Justice Summit for opportunities to engage in learning and sharing with your colleagues and community members from around the state.
Topics will include, but are not limited to: Community Schools, Critical Race Theory, Pathways to Leadership for Educators of Color, Restorative Practices, Women's Leadership, Supporting LGBTQ+ Youth, and Think Global, Act Local.
Sessions are hosted by the MSEA Minority Affairs Committee (MAC), MSEA Human and Civil Rights (HCR) Committee, MSEA Women's Concerns Committee (WCC), community partners, and expert consultants.
Sign-in will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a continental breakfast. Lunch is included. Program begins at 9:45 a.m.
