MSEA will be hosting a one-day workshop for educators who have been accepted as a candidate for the 2017-2018 National Board Certification process. The registration fee is $35. If you are not a member of MSEA and are interested in these programs, you can contact Geraldine Duval.
What is it?
A one-day workshop for initial National Board candidates to focus work on the national board certification process and requirements. Candidates will examine the requirements for Component 1: Content Knowledge, and Component 2: Differentiation in Instruction. Candidates will also review standards and discover the three types of writing. There will be ample opportunity to collaborate and gather the information needed to pursue certification.
